What is the 'My Account' section?
The 'My Account' section is a collection of links you can use to access your account information. When you attempt to access this section of the site, you will be prompted to login using a secure sign in form.

What is the 'My Bookshelf' section?
The 'My Bookshelf' section lists all of the materials you have purchased. You can re-download materials from the 'My Bookshelf' page.
(Please note that Adobe eBooks can be downloaded only one time. If you should need to download an Adobe eBook a second time, please contact support to reactivate your download link. In your email, please provide your Transaction ID and Date of Sale as well as the title of the book you wish to download again.)

What is 'My Mobipocket PIDs'?
Every copy of Mobipocket Reader contains a PID, a 10 character code that uniquely identifies that copy of Mobipocket Reader. Upon download, this system uses the PID to tie a Mobipocket eBook you purchase to the device(s) on which you want to read it. At the 'My Mobipocket PIDs'
screen, you can register up to 3 PIDs to your account, and review previously entered PIDs. Click here for more information on PIDs.
